HOW ORDERING WORKS
Ordering branded merchandise is a little different from ordinary online shopping. Every order is customised with your logo, so there’s no checkout button and no card machine at the end. Instead, you request a quote and a dedicated Branding Consultant takes it from there. That’s a deliberate choice on our part: automated checkouts can’t capture the small details that make your branding perfect, so at Fancy Inc a real person looks after every single order, from your first hello to the day your boxes arrive.
Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.
Step 1: Browse and choose
Explore our range of over 7,000 products online and shortlist the items you’re interested in. You don’t need an account, and browsing commits you to nothing. We supply companies, organisations and individuals, with no minimum order spend.

Step 2: Request your quote
Submit your quote request through our online Quick Quote form, by email, or by calling 0861 IFANCYINC (432 629). No payment is needed at this stage. To get an accurate quote quickly, include:
- The products and quantities you’re interested in
- Whether you need branding, plus your logo file (ideally in vector or Corel Draw format) or the number of colours in your logo
- Your deadline or event date
- Your delivery location
Step 3: Personalised consultation
A dedicated Branding Consultant will contact you within hours to confirm details, stock availability, the best branding method for your products, and your timeline. This is the moment to ask questions, request alternatives or adjust quantities to hit a price point. You’ll also sign a Confirmation of Order, which captures your exact requirements so there are no surprises later.
You will also receive a written quote including all details discussed during your telephone consultation.
Step 4: Pay your deposit
Once you’re happy with the quote, a 70% deposit secures your stock and initiates the branding process. All payments are by EFT, we also accept company purchase orders by prior arrangement. Your order starts moving as soon as payment reflects.
Step 5: Approve your artwork
Before anything goes into production, we send you artwork layouts showing your logo on the product, size, position and Pantone-matched colours. Nothing is branded until you’ve signed this off, and you can request changes — up to three rounds per order item — until you’re satisfied. This is your safety net.

Step 6: Production
Your order goes into our branding workshop. Standard production takes 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval, not from your first enquiry, which is why quick artwork sign-off matters when you’re on deadline. Your Branding Consultant keeps you updated at every stage.

Step 7: Final payment and delivery
Once production is complete, settle the remaining balance and we’ll deliver your branded products to your doorstep, anywhere in South Africa and select destinations across Africa. Prefer to collect, or want to send your own courier? Both are welcome at any of our five branches. We’ll follow up after delivery to make sure you’re delighted.
